Shipping

Orders are shipped insured by FedEx. Collectors are responsible for shipping costs and will receive notice of the expected and actual ship dates. Unpack the shipping box as soon as it is received. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us directly and take photos of the outside of the box as well as the damaged item.  

Returns

Our goal is for each collector to be happy with their acquisition, but in the event that the work does not meet expectations, returns are accepted within 10 days of the received date. Returned items must be undamaged and unused. Please contact us directly within 10 days of receipt to discuss the issue and to make arrangements for the return. The collector is responsible for shipping costs related to the return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Commissioned items are not refundable.

Your information will always be treated with respect!

The information that you provide when subscribing to our newsletter announcements, usually your email address and first and last name, is stored through our email campaign manager Squarespace, in accordance to federal and international regulations. Our mailing list is confidential and is never shared, sold or passed on to third parties. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the email notice, or by contacting us directly at alisa@alisa.banks.com. Your information is permanently deleted when you elect to unsubscribe.
